Coffee, food and modern art — shared like family.

An independent Italian café bringing together traditionally wood-roasted coffee, generous home-cooked food and a lifelong love of art.

Welcome to Fazenda

A little corner of Italy, made personal.

Fazenda is a family-run place for slow-roasted coffee, seasonal cooking, art and the encounters that happen around a shared table.

“Fazenda reminded me of the kitchen of a favourite aunt … It feels like the extension of their home.”

The art of the slow roast

For Fazenda, every origin asks for its own balance of heat, time, colour and judgement.

Stage 01 · Origin

Green beans, carefully chosen

The process begins with selected green coffees. Each origin responds differently to heat, so the roast is never treated as a fixed formula.

Process detail

Fazenda’s range includes coffees from Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, India and Ethiopia, alongside Brazil Chocolate.

A proper slice, made for lingering.

Cakes are part of the rhythm of Fazenda: prepared with care, displayed on the counter and best enjoyed slowly with coffee.

Antonio, Annarita and a family tradition

From Fiuggi to Spitalfields.

Fazenda’s story began in 1981 in Fiuggi, a small town among the wooded mountains south of Rome. Years spent learning wood roasting in Puglia shaped a slower craft that the family chose to preserve.

In London, those roots meet the international life of Spitalfields: Italian hospitality, food, coffee and art shared with a much wider family.

Art & community

A café made for encounters.

Art is not a styling device at Fazenda. It lives in the room, starts conversations and reflects a place built around curiosity, exchange and community.
